Sailing Regatta
Strap on your lifejacket for this exciting teambuilding event! Teams depart from the marina and head toward the starting location. Along the way, their very own Captain instructs team members in the basics of sailing. After all the regatta boats reach a predetermined point, the race back to the marina begins! Based on group size, teams may race on 25’ to 40’ captained sailboats or schooners. A typical race will last 4 hours. Many groups take the opportunity to end the race with a Traditional Regatta Party… Annapolis style!

Amazing Race / Scavenger Hunt
Each team receives clues that lead them around historic Annapolis searching for taverns, historic homes or sites, restaurants, boats at the city dock, and much more. Clues are task oriented. Once a team solves the clue and makes their way to the site, the captain gives the team their task. Tasks range from finding the highest-ranking military officer and having a group photo taken to “chasing” down an oyster shooter at a local bar! All clues lead to the finish line where the team with the most missions/tasks accomplished wins!

Finish your race at a local restaurant/pub with an awards ceremony recognizing the top teams and stand-out accomplishments! Awards for Creativity, Leadership and Team Spirit are among a few that will highlight your team members’ contributions along the way.
